FAQ

  • Lasting lifestyle changes are easier to integrate if done over time, gradually. We’ll only have a time commitment to meet 2x a month for 30-40 minutes.

  • My goal is to provide you with information with products that will nourish you and contribute to your wellness. I have a few companies I’m affiliated with and make a small commission (I am a business owner after all). I will also be talking about plenty of things you can DIY and get easily at your local grocery store. There are zero financial obligations other that your program enrolment fee of $125. I’m not gonna push anything on you, eww. You can take the information that resonates with you and leave the rest.

  • The app is basically a place for anyone in the group to ask questions. I may do a few pop-up training sessions there. It's there in case something comes up for you that you want to ask about. It is not required, it is a tool for you. You can turn off notifications, and check it occasionally. I will ask for minimal communication aside from the 2x-month meetings.

  • Nope! I will offer some additional optional reding materials.

  • Mondays, 2x month. I’ll survey the group when registration closes for a lunchtime or evening meeting.

  • TBH, I’m just a regular person like you. I’ve been through some major hurdles with my health. Much of the information I’ve picked up is from my time working with holistic health professionals, through research, and trial and error. And honestly, most of this information is common knowledge and intuitive. I’m not a medical professional and do not claim to be, I’m simply compiling information about what has worked well for me and my community to make going low-tox easier for you.

  • My goal is to provide you with solutions for using gifts from the earth. Our bodies are designed to process things like plants and animals. The synthetic stuff, well that is new to our systems and research shows it leads to inflammation. So I’m going to stick to teach you about a lifestyle that incorporates easy-to-understand ingredients.
