Have you always wanted to know how to whip up a meal with as few ingredients as possible by simply scanning your fridge and pantry for available ingredients? Or, maybe you’ve fantasized about hosting the dinner party of your dreams but don’t want to do any of the work?

  • Are you ready to take control of your wellness and finally start eating health-full food? I’ll come to your place to get you comfortable in your kitchen. Send me a message so we can figure out your needs.

    Rate is $125/hr, 3 hour minimum + food cost.

  • 3 days can set you up for delicious, healthy, easy meal prep - forever.

    Day 1: Pantry evaluation, shopping list prep, & grocery shopping.

    Day 2. We cook all day!

    Day 3: Learning how to use leftovers and meal planing for the weeks ahead.

  • These are my favorite events to craft. This style of catering is for people who what an EXPERIENCE. We’ll assess your desired outcome for the event. Then, create a menu and venue vibe to meet your needs. Send me a message with some of your thoughts and we’ll set up a time for a free consultation. Pricing is quoted on a per-event basis.

    Starting at $950/event for STL area. Rates for out of town vary based on geographic location.
